I wasn't a fan of the first design and asked for a total overhaul. The new design turned out great, and I was really looking forward to getting it out there. At first, when I chatted with them, I was informed that postage would be at face value, based on the USPS route, and that I had to send the whole route. Being a brand new business, I'm super mindful of expenses, so I did some digging and discovered that the route was actually $70 less. And that was just for one route! I also learned from USPS that I only needed to send out 200 pieces. The route had nearly 900 pieces, but since I live in a resort area, only about 500 homes are occupied during winter. So, sending the entire route was unnecessary. When I called back to talk to Postcard Mania, they changed their tune and said I could send just what I wanted. I requested that they address the cards to 'Local Postal Customer,' as that’s what USPS indicated and what’s on their website. They told me that wasn’t possible and that they needed some other info on there. After doing my homework, I found out it just needed to say 'Local Postal Customer.' When the cards arrived, I noticed the indica in the corner had been crossed out, so now I have to fix that. Looks like I’ll be slapping stickers on all 6,000 of my professionally printed cards. That’s gonna look pretty shabby when I send them out to potential customers, if you ask me. I’m not unhappy with the cards themselves, but I’m frustrated with the misleading info I received, which ended up costing me more than it should have. If they had been upfront from the start, it would have built a more trustworthy relationship with their clients.

I'm giving them a couple of stars since their support is alright. They tie you down for three months, and you're left paying for zero conversions. I'm really let down. Their reasoning is that you need to keep sending out the cards.
